Common Questions

How does online physiotherapy work?
Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom, Teams, or similar). Andy will assess your movement, review your progress, and prescribe exercises which are explained and demonstrated on screen. You'll receive a written programme to follow between sessions.
Is online rehab as effective as in-person?
For rehabilitation — especially post-operative programmes — online coaching is highly effective. The exercises you do independently are what drive recovery. Regular expert oversight, progressive programming, and the accountability of scheduled sessions are what matter most, and all of these are delivered online.
How much do programmes cost?
Pricing is tailored to each client depending on the programme length and session frequency. Dragon Rehab is designed to be significantly more affordable than in-person physiotherapy while delivering the same professional quality. Book a free consultation to discuss pricing.
Do I need any special equipment?
Most programmes can be carried out at home with minimal equipment — resistance bands, a mat, and access to a gym for later-stage strength work. Andy will tailor exercise selection to what you have available.
Can I start rehab immediately after surgery?
Yes — in many cases the sooner you start structured rehabilitation the better. Andy will coordinate with your surgeon's guidelines and begin from whichever stage is appropriate for you.
