Post-Operative

Flagship
Our most comprehensive programme. 10+ stages across a 6-month framework with clear
progression criteria. Covers initial assessment, strength foundations, neuromuscular control,
sport-specific training, and return to competition.
Suitable for all ACL reconstruction graft types. Complete 6 rehab sessions every 2 weeks.
Post-Op Shoulder Stabilisation
10 stages • 3–4 monthsFor anterior/posterior stabilisation, AC joint reconstruction, and rotator cuff repair. Requires 3–4 weekly sessions. Progressive from sling-phase mobility to full overhead sport loading.
Post-Op Sub Acromial Decompression
6 stagesBegins 3–7 days post-surgery. Six sessions per 2-week period recommended. Targets pain relief, range of motion, and rotator cuff strengthening.
Meniscus Repair Rehabilitation
6 stagesFor repaired meniscus tears requiring protected weight-bearing. Progresses from restricted range of motion through to full squatting, pivoting, and return to sport.
Achilles Tendon Repair Rehabilitation
8 stages • 4-5 monthsPost-surgical repair of a ruptured Achilles tendon. Staged loading from boot immobilisation through to calf-raise strength and full running return.
Hip Arthroscopy (FAI) Rehabilitation
6 stagesFor femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) surgery. Restores hip range of motion, core and glute strength, and a safe return to cutting and pivoting sports.
Knee Replacement Rehabilitation
